After several weeks of experiments involving frothy explosions and sticky substances, last week students at Empow Summer Workshop tried something a little different. They used milk, dish soap and food coloring observe the reactions that occur when the chemicals in dish soap meet the fat and proteins in milk- check out their video to see what happens!
