Referral Program

Our referral program rewards our customers for referring friends and families to become new Empow Studios customers. By participating, you have the opportunity to receive bigger discounts and even earn free camp.

1. All current customers of Empow Studios are eligible to participate in the referral program. For this program, you are considered a current customer if you have already enrolled in an Empow Studios program and do not cancel all of your enrollments by the end of the 2023 Summer Camp season.

2. Friends you refer will be counted as new customers for the purposes of this program if they create a new Empow account on the Empow website, purchase an Empow program on our site, do not subsequently cancel that purchase, and note your name as who referred them in the appropriate location during the account creation process.

3. Please be sure to ask your friends to sign up for an Empow account on the Empow website.  New users are required to take this step during the enrollment process. During this account creation process, please ask your friends to add your full name in the Referral Program section.

4. For each new customer you so refer you will receive a discount of 25% off your lowest cost purchased (and not later canceled) camp with the cost equaling your actual cost at the time of purchase net of discounts, up to $225 per camp. If you refer four new customers, you can earn a free camp with a value of up to $899!

5. Referral discounts through this program will be calculated at the end of the summer 2023 season and made available as credits in your Empow account. At that time, you will be notified and can choose to use the credits towards the purchase of future programs or request a refund which will be processed in accordance with our standard refunding process.

6. You and those you refer need to comply with each aspect of this policy and standard policies of Empow Studios. Please note that any attempts to manipulate or abuse the referral program, including but not limited to creating fake accounts or providing false information, will result in disqualification and potential legal action by Empow Studios.

7. All promotions, including this one, are available when live on the Empow website and may be modified or ended at any time.

Families save big with siblings discounts of $25 per camp

This discount is applied automatically at checkout. The “first child” is determined by who is participating in the greater number of camp weeks; the discount applies to every additional child. The discounts apply regardless of when they are booked for the same summer camp season. This discount requires the same account be used for all purchases. This discount can be combined with other available discounts. 

One-Day Camp Trial Program

Thank you to everyone who participated in the last-minute free-trial camps program! Since most of our camps are full or almost full for the rest of the summer, we will put this program on hold.
