Counselor In Training (CIT) Program

The Counselor In Training (CIT) program for Empow Camps provides a new challenging opportunity for our oldest campers, while creating potential future employment opportunities as a camp counselor in years to come.

The state of our current workforce demands leaders in both technology & education. The CIT program is designed to develop leadership, mentoring, and collaborative skills, while supplementing those soft skills with technical skills obtained through our STEM camp programs.

CITs must meet the criteria of our qualifications guidelines, as well as an assessment at the end of each week in which our camp director provides constructive criticism to help the CIT grow.
